It’s the best selling full size pick up and it’s getting a total redesign for 2009. Ford will unveil it’s newly designed F-150 at the Detroit show this week. Improvements are found on every level with a more commanding front end, more ridged body, better fuel efficiency, andmore luxurious interior details. Ford promises a truck for everone with over 35 different configurations including the ‘Platinum’ edition which includes many exterior and interior refinements in materials and finishes. 20″ wheels are now standard and the customizer in us digs that over 13 different wheel styles will be available to choose from.
Other notable features: Ford’s proprietary Sync voice-activated communications system, Sirius real time traffic stats, and a Sony 5.1 Surround audio system topping 700 watts of output.
